Our members offer a wide range of business improvement services, based on management system models, standards and best industry practice.

Standards, models and specifications
Our services are based on international, national and government standards, industry specifications and best practice models.
We assist our clients to adopt and implement these management models in order to achieve their strategic aims and business objectives.
Where appropriate, we can advise and assist with certification procedures.
Different types of standards and models
International Standards
We use International Standards published by the International Standards Organisation (ISO). These have the highest possible recognition and have the prefix ISO.
Regional and National Standards
In most cases, relevant European (EN) and National (e.g. BS) standards are harmonised with (i.e. the same as) the ISO standards.
Government Standards
We assist clients with relevant government standards including Customer Service Excellence.
Publicly Available Specifications
We use Publicly Available Specifications (PAS), for example for Asset Management (PAS55) and for Integrated Management Systems (PAS99).
Industry Specifications
We provide services to industry associations and their members, based on standards and specifications published by industry bodies.
Company and corporate specifications
We provide services to manufacturers, dealer networks, franchisers and other organisations based on their specifications.
