We have developed data collection and analysis models based on international standards, industry specifications, proprietary company programmes and organisation improvement models.
The assessment process measures your organisation’s performance rating using a data collection tool based on the selected model or standard. This score can be compared internally, or against external norms. Subsequent assessments allow you to track progress over time and to set improvement objectives.
The process can also be used to collect data from industry association members, franchisees, suppliers and customers.
We also provide statistical analysis and presentation services so that you can interpret the information and use it to develop improvement strategies, corrective projects and action plans.
