types of standards and models
International
Standards

Organisation (ISO). These have the highest possible recognition and have the
prefix ISO.
Regional
and National Standards

most cases, relevant European (EN) and National (e.g. BS) standards are
harmonised with (i.e. the same as) the ISO standards.
Government
Standards
We
assist clients with relevant government standards including Customer Service
Excellence.
Publicly
Available Specifications
We
use Publicly Available Specifications (PAS), for example for Asset Management
(PAS55) and for Integrated Management Systems (PAS99).
Industry
Specifications
We
provide services to industry associations and their members, based on standards
and specifications published by industry bodies.

and corporate specifications
We
provide services to manufacturers, dealer networks, franchisers and other
organisations based on their specifications.
